What Does Longyearbyen, Svalbard Look Like? I’ll Show You!

Svalbard is really a magical place. It piques the curiosity of so many as it is the World’s Northernmost Town. When you’re here, you’re really on top of the world. This time of year the midnight sun is in the sky and the sun won’t go back down until September. The snow is melting and the climate is changing, but when I got here it was very much still winter time. The Polar Night was still going and the sun didn’t really come up at. The Northern Lights were in the sky and it was so cool. I’ve been fortunate to see the changes from darkness to light and it’s been gorgeous. A lot of people ask me what Longyearbyen looks like. It’s a lovely village and so I made a 3-part series of a walkthrough tour! This is Longyearbyen, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Norway. Enjoy!
